
Raspletena pletenica & Cinnamon rolls
Potrebno:
- 600 g brašna
- 1 jaje
- 250 ml toplog mlijeka
- 150 ml kiselog vrhnja
- 1 dl ulja
- 1 vrećica instant suhog kvasca
- 2 žlice šećera
- 1 žličica soli
- Za premaz: 150 g maslaca, 3 žlice cimeta, 5 žlica šećera
- Za preljev: 3 žlice sirnog namaza, 4 žlice šećera u prahu, 6 žlica mlijeka
Priprema:
- U većoj posudi pomiješati brašno, šećer, sol i kvasac. Dodati jaje, mlijeko, kiselo vrhnje i ulje pa umijesiti srednje tvrdo dizano tijesto. Pustiti da počiva najmanje 30 min na toplome.
- Odstajalo tijesto iztresti na radnu površinu, podijeliti na dva dijela, svaki dio razvaljati na pravokutnik debljine 0,5 cm, premazati mekanim maslacem, posipati smjesom cimeta i šećera, pa zarolati. Roladu prebaciti u lim na papri za pečenje, pa oštrim nožem zarezati roladu na svakih 1,5 cm cijelom dužinom, ali tako da uz jedan rub rolada ostane čitava. Dobit ćete nešto kao pblik debelog češlja 😉
- Tada svaki drugi izrezani kraj prebaciti na suprotnu stranu i na taj način dobili ste raspletenu pletenicu 😉
- Ukoliko ne želite pecivo sa cimetom, tada cimet jednostavno izostavite pa ćete dobiti obične slane rolice koje se lijepo listaju.
- Pokriti rolade čistim ubrusom i pustiti ih da počivaju još 20 minuta. Nakon toga premazati rolade umućenim jajetom, pa peći u pećnici na 180ºC 25 minuta. Pečenu i još vruću pletenicu premazati umakom koji ste napravili od sirnog namaza, šećera i mlijeka.
RECIPE IN ENGLISH
INGREDIENTS:
- 600g of flour, 1 egg, 250 ml of warm milk, 150 ml sour cream, 100 ml of melted butter, 1 package instant dried yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt
- For the coating: 150 g butter, 3 tablespoons cinnamon, 5 tablespoons sugar
- Dressing: 3 tablespoons of cheese spreads, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons milk
Preparation:
- In larger pan mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Add egg, milk, sour cream and oil and knead the dough of medium hardness. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
Dough move to the desktop, divided into two parts, each part of the roll out to a rectangle 0.5 cm thick, coated with soft butter, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and roll. Roll switch the plate on the baking pepper, and with a sharp knife to cut the roll for every 1.5 cm in length, but so along one edge of the roll remains intact. You’ll get something like the shape of the large comb 😉
Then every other cut end to switch to the opposite side and in this way you have unfurled braid 😉
If you do not want to baking with cinnamon, then simply omit the cinnamon and you will get regular salted rolls that are a nice piece.
Cover the rolls with clean piece of cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes. Thereafter smear rolls with beaten egg, and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Roasted and hot ‘braid’ coated with sauce that you made of cheese spreads, sugar and milk.
